Hood for Defending Rights and Freedom Organization directed an urgent appeal to the International Humanitarian Relief Organizations working in Yemen to quickly remove the dead bodies that are lying on the side of the roads in Hasaba area in the capital, Sana'a, that began to disintegrate without any formal or informal side transfering them.
What is happening is a serious affront to human dignity, especailly with the frequency of eye witnesses reports that Hood received on the existence of dead bodies lying on the pavement of the road, and others in the abandoned buildings that families have left or that have died inside of them as a result of the heavy shelling which hit the region.
Hood confirmed the existence of the dead bodies that are on the the streets, swollen and to some extent rotten after some activists in the Media Council of the Change Square provided photos. Nadia Abdullah and Ismail Shamakh, were the two youth activists that were able to enter the area and document some of this appalling humanitarian situation.
